Documentation Guide

A complete checklist of documents you'll need for your visa application. We help you organize, translate, and certify every one of them.

Identity & Travel

  • Valid passport (6+ months validity, 2+ blank pages)
  • Previous passports (last 10 years)
  • Passport-size photographs (35mm × 45mm, white background)
  • National ID card / Aadhaar
  • Birth certificate (English translated if needed)

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree certificates (Bachelor, Master, PhD)
  • Academic transcripts (sealed and stamped)
  • WES / ECA evaluation report (Canada, Australia)
  • Professional licenses (NMC, AHPRA, CARNA, etc.)
  • Language test results (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, OET)

Employment & Income

  • Employment reference letters (last 5 years, on letterhead)
  • Salary slips (last 6 months)
  • Form 16 / tax returns (last 3 years)
  • Job offer letter from foreign employer
  • Resume / CV (international format)

Financial Proof

  • Bank statements (last 6 months, with average balance)
  • Fixed deposits and investment proof
  • Property valuation report
  • Sponsorship affidavit (if applicable)
  • Source of funds documentation (5 years for investors)

Health & Character

  • Medical fitness certificate (panel physician)
  • TB screening test (UK-specific)
  • Chest X-ray report (some countries)
  • Police clearance certificate (PCC) — current country
  • PCC from every country lived in 12+ months (last 10 years)

Family & Dependents

  • Marriage certificate (English translated)
  • Spouse passport + photographs
  • Children birth certificates
  • Spouse educational + employment documents
  • Dependent medical + PCC (if applicable)

Important notes

  • • All non-English documents must be certified-translated by a sworn translator.
  • • Photocopies must be notarized if originals are not submitted.
  • • Bank statements must show genuine savings — sudden large deposits raise flags.
  • • Police clearances are valid for 12 months (some countries: 6 months).
  • • Medical exams must be done by panel physicians approved by the destination country.
